ORDER TURNAROUND Orders will be responded re availability within two business days, excluding Sunday,Monday and holidays. Processing on in stock orders is usually 1-4 days after responding, dependent on how busy our store is with local customers. Product NOT in our store will usually be special ordered, with delivery to us about 1 week unless marked otherwise on our website. Product is returnable **, as per our RETURN PAGE ( click here). **Special orders on non-stocked product or sizes, or out of season product is usually final sale only, with the customer's consent prior to ordering. CREDIT CARDS are processed when the goods have been prepped for shipping. A deposit is applied only against final sale orders. All information received ( name/address/credit card, etc) remains in store only. We do not give out any information received, nor do we have a mailing list.
